Items in stock are processed within 1-5 business days.
Items that are Printed on Demand are 3D printed and fully processed within 3-8 weeks, depending on the volume of orders we are processing at that time. Longer lead times are necessary given the complex and time consuming nature of metal 3D printing and additive post processing.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All orders ship free within USA, to all 50 states, including AK and HI:
> If your order is less than $100, it can ship free via USPS Ground Advantage™ (2-5 business days) or via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) for $5.
> If your order is $100 or greater, it will ship free via USPS Priority Mail(1-3 business days).
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to PO boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship our products internationally.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by shipping carriers. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Made on Luna will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
MISSING SHIPMENTS AND DAMAGES
Made on Luna is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or you didn't receive the order but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
