3D printing, or additive manufacturing, allows the creation of new designs, novel functions, and advanced products that previously have been impossible for humanity to make.

The DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) process we use is arguably the most advanced, complex, and most accurate form of metal 3D printing. Traditionally, DMLS systems are ludicrously expensive to acquire and operate, but fortunately our proprietary printers bring costs down to affordable levels.

In addition, natural microscopic variations during the DMLS printing process means each printed product is one-of-a-kind!

Our products are primarily Printed on Demand ("Made to Order") individually or in batches.

We sometimes carry limited inventory of products from large batch runs. These products are processed and ready to ship within 1-5 business days of your order.

Products that are Printed on Demand carry a longer lead time of 3-8 weeks depending on demand. Longer lead times are necessary given the complex and time consuming nature of metal 3D printing and additive post processing.

Our metal 3D printed products are safe to use, and we take your safety seriously. Our team members come from industries where prioritizing safety is absolutely required for metal 3D printing space and surgical applications.

We integrate safety requirements within every step of the design and manufacturing process. Upon printing, all products are thoroughly cleaned using a meticulous multi-step process, and factory sealed before shipping.

Different alloys are also used depending on the application. For example, our additive infuser collection is printed using the same surgical grade stainless steel used in sterilized biomedical applications.

All products ship free:

> If your order is less than $100, it can ship free via USPS Ground Advantage™ (2-5 business days) or via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) for $5.

> If your order is $100 or greater, it will ship free via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

Products are shipped after they are fully processed, and/or Printed on Demand. At this time, we only ship to all 50 USA states.

All of our metal 3D printed products come with a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty that covers any print based defects from the additive manufacturing process. This does not include problems or issues that come from user operation, say for example, not routinely cleaning your additive infuser.

Our printed products are robust as solid pieces of metal, and if treated correctly, they should last a lifetime.

Most products in their original unsealed packaging are returnable within 30 days, with no restocking fee. Return shipping label costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note we do not accept returns for any products that have been unsealed or opened in any manor from its original sealed packaging.

Design Edition product sales are final, and cannot be returned.
