Our Space Age Forge

Our team consists of aerospace experts on a metal 3D printing process called Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). Shown here, DMLS uses a tiny laser beam smaller than a human hair to weld additive layers of microscopic metal powder. Natural variations during this process makes each print one-of-a-kind.

Meet Squiggles™

Patent-Pending Squiggles™ are highly engineered biologically inspired shapes (the squiggly lines you find in our products). They can only be made by 3D printing, and our proprietary metal printers make them with unprecedented resolution. Squiggles™ are also found inside an Additive Infuser, shown above through the cutaways. They contain hundreds of micro-channels, control every fluid dynamic aspect of dry herb extraction, and are optimized for each product design.

Fingerprints & Finishes

No two prints are alike. Each print has its own "fingerprint" from natural surface variations that occur during the metal 3D printing process. Our finishes are designed to preserve this unique identity with color options:
